After rushing, you need to complete the pledging process to be initiated as a brother of the chapter. This entails:

• 14 Service hours
• 5  Fellowships
• 5  Speed Meetings
• 7  Weekly Pledge Meetings
• 3  General Meetings
• 2 Diversity & Inclusion events
• 1.5 Leadership Credit
• 3  Gammas
• 1  Pledge Quiz
• 1  Pledge Project
• Another $40 of dues at Initiations
